Our Pandanus coffins are made in Indonesia in only World Fair Trade Organisation accredited workshops, making a real difference to the lives of the local people.
 
The pandanus coffins are made from the leaves of a prolific growing plant, a provider of a highly renewable and sustainable material. The dried leaves are being twisted into cord using traditional methods, then woven and coiled around a natural cane framework.
 
Rattan is also woven into the coffins’ design to create a striking lightweight contrast against the silvery colour of the Pandanus.

    RETURNS

    All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

    RETURN PROCESS

    To return an item, please email customer service at lyonhawk19@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other, and mail your return the following address:

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
